PLEASE READ CAREFULLY :
WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON OFFERING HIGH QUALITY MERCHANDISE BUT IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU ARE NOT DELIGHTED WITH YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS VIA E-MAIL rubyredboutique@yahoo.com.
WE WILL HAPPILY ISSUE A FULL REFUND ( MINUS THE DELIVERY COST)IF NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS AND WITH RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS of dispatch - IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
AS A SMALL BUSINESS WE ARE UNABLE TO COVER THE COST OF POSTAGE IF YOU RETURN THE GOODS SO YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE ITEM ITSELF ONLY. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU USE A SECURE METHOD OF POSTAGE ( IE: SIGNED FOR ON DELIVERY) TO ENSURE WE RECEIVE THE GOODS.
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED THEM.
CLEAN, UNWASHED, UNWORN WITH TAGS/ PACKAGING INTACT, FREE OF SMOKE, MAKE-UP, STAINS ETC. THE ITEM MUST BE IN A CONDITION FIT FOR RE-SALE BY RUBYRED.
TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE TO THE GARMENTS WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING THEM ON.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE FREE OF MAKE UP, FAKE TAN, PERFUME AND DEODORANT.
REFUNDS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION AND IF WE FEEL ANY OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA HAVE NOT BEEN MET, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
FAULTY ITEMS
ALL MERCHANDISE IS CAREFULLY CHECKED PRIOR TO SHIPPING . HOWEVER IF A PROBLEM OCCURS AS A RESULT OF POOR MANUFACTURE, PLEASE E-MAIL THE BOUTIQUE. ONCE ISSUED WITH A RETURNS NUMBER RETURN IT TO US BY POST @

ONCE RECEIVED IF WE FEEL THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT AN ISSUE CAUSED BY WEAR OR SELF INFLICTED DAMAGE THEN A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE.

RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE BOUTIQUE, ALL INTERNET ORDERS ARE DEALT WITH SEPARATELY AND REFUNDS ARE MADE VIA PAYPAL, NOT THROUGH THE TILL.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you the consumer have an unconditional right to cancel a contract inside the given timescale and receive a refund within 30days. You do however, have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Failure to do so can lead to action being taken to recover funds against consumers who have breached their statutory duty.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods..
If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
EXCEPTIONS:
FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE EARRINGS, BATH PRODUCTS AND MAKE-UP ARE NON RETURNABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased from our boutique on The Strait our returns policy is different- We offer exchange or credit note only for returned garments. The item must be returned in its original condition ( see criteria listed above) within 14 days with a till receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights under the sale of goods act 1978.
